41st Singapore Bird Race 2025

November 15 @ 12:30 pm - November 16 @ 3:00 pm

The wait is over — registration is now open for the 41st Singapore Bird Race 2025! Gather your team, grab your binoculars, and get ready for an exciting race to spot and record as many bird species as you can across Singapore.

About the Singapore Bird Race

41 years of birds, binoculars, and a growing community of nature lovers! From 8 birders in 1984 to over 400 participants in 2024, the Singapore Bird Race has evolved into a national celebration of citizen science and conservation.

This year’s theme: Woodland Birds!

🐦 From woodpeckers to parakeets, this year’s theme shines a spotlight on Woodland Birds and the importance of conserving Singapore’s fast-disappearing woodlands.

🌳These remaining patches of woodlands are home to many species that are adapting to survive in our city. If protected, they can mature into thriving ecosystems that support far greater biodiversity.

Who can participate?

We welcome participants of all backgrounds, from beginners to experts. With specific race categories designed for different levels and interests, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
